THE DELIVERABLE
An online platform and community group through either Coaching with Claudia app or Esellas backend - specifically designed to deliver wellness coaching dedicated to Esellas and their employees. The portal involves utilising Claudia and her services from afar.

Context: The esellas universe is around X individuals. We are expecting about X or so that would take advantage of the solution.
It is best practice to conduct individual assessments or discovery calls in order to identify an individual’s fitness goals and the best course for them. I prefer for everything I do to be tailored and personalised to the individual for them to get the best result they can. We are all incredibly different and that strategy must be adopted here. This will be delivered by an online assessment and a one to one call to become acquainted and familiar with each member of staff.
SERVICES
Access to 360 wellness app platform which includes motivational messages, progress pictures/measurements, daily habit tracking (dependant in individual assessment outcomes) and groups via goal base - a section for toning, for weight loss, for muscle gain or more for mindset etc, again depending on individual assessment outcomes
1-2-1 assessments (discovery call)
If demand was there - mixture of live workouts and access to on demand classes including strength, cardio, mobility and stretching in a private members group

Social and community will be a big aspect and will include a Facebook community page, a private WhatsApp group and regular challenges every few weeks to keep accountability high
