Introduction/Backdrop

Our planet has become ridiculously fast-paced and dynamic - it’s taking a massive toll. In retail, healthcare and the wellbeing marketplace, all the focus goes on the customers.  

Curis, as a responsible business, wants to avoid any risk to their prized assets on the front line - those too busy helping everyone else that we forget about ourself. There is a reason why on the aeroplane we are told to put our own oxygen mask on first… yet in life, we don’t.

Curis - Intra-Fitness - Extra Performance

The Curis Life Support System - Putting Fitness At The Core Of The Mission + Getting Fit For Business To Scale + Keeping The Front Line Fit To Deliver. 

The Deliverable

Develop an online internal portal/platform and community - specifically designed to deliver fitness (health) coaching dedicated to Curis and their employees. The portal involves utilising Claudia as ‘Head of Intra Fitness’ and her services from afar.

The Suggested Service/Product Portfolio

  1. An exclusive (internal) portal for staff to access/receive personalised fitness coaching and support.

  2. 24/7 access to an intra fitness hub including both self-selected pre-recorded class and (timezone synchronised) live advice/classes and individual coaching.

  3. Addressing achieving fitness goals through bodyweight, minimal weight or basic equipment exercises and routines.

The Operation

Context: The Curis universe is around 100 individuals. We are expecting about 65 or so that would take advantage of the solution. Age groups ~18 to 60

From experience, people will want to do a mixed routine once they are on a steady path.

It is best practice to conduct individual assessments or consultations in order to identify an individual’s fitness goals and the best course for them. I prefer for everything I do to be tailored and personalised to the individual for them to get the best result they can. We are all incredibly different and that strategy must be adopted here. This will be delivered by an online assessment and a one to one call to become acquainted and familiar with each member of staff.

Given time differences and the potentially large group size this would be a multi-media system. 

  1. A platform/hub for workouts which can include desk workouts, desk stretches, guided routines etc. The hub will also include pop ups for motivational reminders which can be pre recorded videos of Claudia or a message simulating a text. A chat option will be available for questions to be asked direct. I will aim to split the hub via goal base - a section for toning, for weight loss, for muscle gain etc depending on individual assessment outcomes. The hub will also have the ability for measurements and progress pictures to be uploaded 

  2. Pre-recorded classes that can be self-selected and downloaded or streamed directly from the system

  3. A selection of live classes weekly at suitable times (time difference purposes)

  4. Social and community will be a big aspect and will include a Facebook community page, a private WhatsApp group and regular challenges every few weeks to keep accountability high

  5. During the year (after COVID-19) a quarterly roadshow to do group and face to face individual sessions at the clinics. (Marketing Potential)

The Approach To Implementation/Logistics

  1. Agree with the vision and idea above.

  2. Agree on a budget and get started.

  3. Create a collaboration space within which to work. Basecamp, Slack, Trello etc.

  4. Design and develop a launch plan to announce the scheme and gain a sense of the levels of interest. The way that looks will be essential.

  5. Agree on the survey questionnaire/assessment process.

  6. Design and develop the courses to the Curis membership based on my existing Portfolio plus specialised courses.

  7. Produce the video courses - all branded CURIS

  8. Test the platform for the delivery of the course materials - HIVEBRITE - GRUUP - TRIBE

  9. Agree and publish the full suite of products and services for the roll-out.

  10. Suggest pilot phase for one locality and test and learn

  11. Agree milestones and develop accordingly

About CAS 

  • A proven highly regarded fitness solution - products and services designed to tailor fitness schedules to its clients in Europe and North America. 

  • The founder Claudia Salador will be the focal point - an accomplished and qualified personal trainer with experience in live, virtual and online coaching and courses.

  • Claudia runs her own Gym in London and has many testimonials and references that can be contacted to explain measurable results.

  • Claudia has extensive skills in mindfulness, meditation, health-based nutrition as well as 1-2-1 face to face training, 1-2-1 group training, virtual training, tailored workout programmes for at home and in the gym

4 WEEKS 4 YOU

COACHING WITH CLAUDIA

What is it?

  • A 4 week internal health and fitness ‘challenge’ for Curis employees. Essentially a community challenge to ‘put their own oxygen masks on first’

  • The challenge will include daily ‘reminders’, ‘actions’, a weekly Q&A, x2 weekly live classes, 8 pre recorded classes over the month, 2x mobility and 2x stretch classes to complement the other classes going on. Each day of the week the ‘reminder’ will be specific to an aspect of holistic health and a matching ‘action’

  • Additionally a daily/weekly checklist will be available for members of the challenge to participate and ‘check off’ their required action for the day. It is important to note that a platform of sorts will be needed to check for accountability and ‘cheats’

  • Community aspect is very important with WhatsApp group and group chat for accountability, check ins and general support/questions along the way

  • Incentives/Prizes will keep employees motivated. Prizes to be discussed at a later date but could include personal training services and Curis/employee related prizes. These could be for ‘All workouts completed’ ‘28 day Completion’ etc
